Hand-picked, sorting in vineyard and winery. Direct press and fermentation in small stainless steel vats at 15˚C.

This salmon coloured wine shows delicate & rich aromas of strawberries, peaches and melons, while citrus flavour develops on the palate, with slight hints of intriguing herbaceous notes toward the end. Lively acidity makes the wine feel fresh with a light fruity body and a lasting smooth aftertaste.
