Sweet Wine

Sweet wine is a very niche style at present, yet China is already fast becoming one of the largest ice wine producers in the world.  Ice Wines are made from harvesting frozen grapes when temperature goes below -7°C, and pressing the frozen grapes to get the purest and sweetest juice. 

Late harvest grapes, for example using Petit Manseng, are also becoming popular for sweet wine producers in China.
