Sparkling Wine

There are very few Sparkling Wine producers at present in China, as the relative demand is still very low within China. However, a few producers are making high quality Champagne method classic style sparkling wines to great acclaim, whilst a few others are embracing the ‘pet nat’ trend, and even adding unique Chinese elements such as adding rice wine in the mix!
