Shaoxing 绍兴

The most famous group of yellow wines, with over 3,000 years of history, is called Shaoxing jiu, namedafter the wine region in Zhejiang province. The main ingredients are high-quality glutinous rice and water drawn locally from the Mirror Lake (Jian Hu).
