100% Chardonnay

Grapes are harvested at night, from vineyards situated at altitudes between 920 to 1,050 metres. Following careful selection, the wine undergoes partial fermentation in French oak barrels, where it spends eight months aging on fine lees.

Tasting notes

A complex bouquet unfolds with ripe yellow apricots, tropical fruits, and
delicate floral accents, underscored by a whisper of vanilla and toasted oak.
On the palate, it delivers a seamless balance of richness and elegance, with a
creamy texture supported by vibrant acidity. Layers of stone fruit and subtle
citrus zest lead to a lingering, nutty finish that showcases its finesse and
integration of oak aging.
