Cabernet Sauvignon (80%), Rose Honey (20%)

Hand-picked, sorting in vineyard and winery, short cold soak then fermentation in small stainless steel vats at 25˚C. 14 months ageing stainless steel vats.

The signs of age has tinted the wine with a garnet edge, but also increased its explosive and show stopping aromas. Wild, untamed, an exotic touch unseen in any other wine. Smoky Lapsang Suchong, leafy, with complex spices. The fruits still has an edge with juicy sweetness. A long lasting finish.
