Varietal Composition 100% Pinot Noir

Winemaking 
Carefully sorted bunches fermented using natural wild yeasts at cool temperatures. The wine is aged in 1 year old Franch oak barrels (50%) and new Ovevri (50%) for 12 month.

Tasting Notes 
Sour plum, raspberry and touch of cedar, the Jia Yuan Pinot Noir displays amazing elegance that is specific to great quality Pinot Noir. The wine is savoury and long-finish.
